PNTVC is an institution that ensures that municipal property is properly maintained, operated and used in accordance with the requirements of applicable legal acts. The institution was established to centrally administer the real estate owned by the Panevėžys City Municipality and ensure its reliable, rational and effective use. The owner of the center is the Panevėžys City Municipality.

The main goal of PNTVC is to maintain, manage and operate buildings and other facilities owned by the municipality, in compliance with the requirements of Lithuanian hygiene standards and other legal acts, creating appropriate conditions for cultural, sports, educational and non-formal education activities.

Facility maintenance and operation

We ensure the daily maintenance, technical condition and safe operation of buildings and other facilities entrusted to the municipality in accordance with applicable legal acts and hygiene standards.

We maintain building engineering systems – heating, ventilation, plumbing, electrical and other systems, ensuring their reliable operation and efficient use.

Administration of premises and infrastructure rental

We administer the rental of municipal premises and infrastructure to individuals and legal entities, ensuring a transparent, clear and legally compliant rental procedure.

Technical support for events and activities

We ensure technical readiness for cultural, sports, educational and other activities, and maintain the facilities and infrastructure necessary for the safe conduct of events and activities.
